Working Visa

Postby positive on Tue Jan 11, 2011 7:08 am

Hello,
What are my chances to get a working visa if the field of work im targetting is not related to my studies/trainings that i gained. Aside from that, i have no previous work experienced to the job that im looking forward to be in. Though, i got an LMO from an employer who is willing to hire me for the position im applying. Thanks much.

Any given Labour Market Opinion approval typically carries within it education, training, and experience requirements; also, the occupational classification that the approval is based on has similar requirements stipulated. It is not always the case that such requirements are for education credentials directly related to the field of work, but you should be able to satisfy whatever requirements are stated for the position.
