I've been offered a position with my company and to relocate from USA to Toronto. It is a Pricing & Contract Manager Role. I have an MBA & JD. Would my company have a difficult time obtaining a positive HRSDC Confirmation? How long would it take to obtain a confirmation? How long would it take to obtain a work permit?

In some cases of intra-company transfer, a LMO is not needed. If it is needed, then review of the circumstances of the offer would be needed to determine the viability of approval. For example, was the company unable to find a Canadian for this position?; does it otherwise lead to creation retention of Canadian work?; do Canadians benefit from a transfer of knowledge?.
