Hello sir,

i am in canada(toronto) on open work permit(spouse of skilled worker), working for university.

recently i got acceptence from university for my Ph.D program. hence i would like to apply for study permit.

so pls suggest me how to apply for study permit from within canada?

can i apply in CPC vegreville or i have to go to nearest canadian embassy?

i have my open work permit till june 2007( with 90 days grace). i have multiple entry visa.

pls guide me. i really appreciate your time and answer

The CPC in Vegreville can handle a change of terms to allow you to obtain a study permit. You may also submit an application to a visa office abroad, including those in the USA in your case.
