I have been nominated by BC under the PNP programme Regional Business category.I have applyed for a temporary 2 year work permit in order to implement my business plan but does the work permit start when issued or when I arrive in Canada, as, in accordance with my Performance agreement I must buy a business in the first 3 months and am unsure when the start of this 3 months is.
