Hi there. I just got married a couple of weeks ago. Me and my wife are both international students in Canada holding Student Permit. So I heard that my wife can apply for Spouse Work Permit.

My question is where to apply for it and which application forms my wife needs to submit. Does she mail "Application to Change Conditions or Extend Your Stay in Canada as a Worker" to the Case Processing Centre (CPC) in Vegreville?

Change-of-terms applications are generally processed at the Case Processing Centre in Vegreville. If there is clear evidence of urgency for the need for the work permit, local CIC offices in Canada are capable of processing the case.
