Work Permit / Federal Skilled Worker Application

Hi David,
Just want to thank you for helping me and everyone else on this forum.

I was formerly a student in Toronto, I then got a post-graduation job with a 1 year work permit,
I now have a fulltime job (positive LMO confirmation from HRSDC)and am waiting for my 2 year work permit from CIC.

I have most of my PR Federal Skilled Worker application ready; however I am concerned about my qualifying points regarding arranged employment.
As proof of such, I will include my previous job offer letter, my current job offer letter, previous & current(upcoming) work permit, Current HRSDC LMO, and job descriptions from my employer.

Would these documents be enough to support my claim for Arranged Employment, or would you suggest additional documents, and if so which documents?

Regarding the English Language Requirement,
I have been speaking English all my life, I have only attended English language schools, including college in English in Canada, and communicate only in English at work. How do I attest to this fact? I remember seeing a section about writing a letter acknowledging such, but what would this letter consist of?

Thanks in advance for your help

Kris
