Hi Im working in canada I have a 6 months work permit .. this is my question can i change of employer ... does my new employer have to request for a new LMO ?? Do I have to wait untill the last month of my currently employment to apply for the new one ? can I apply within canada for my new employment ??

The requirement for an LMO will depend on the circumstances of your case and the factors commonly discussed here. If you previously required one, the likelihood is that another one will be required to change positions. There is no limitation as to when this can be sought and you may apply within Canada if you are presently on a work permit, although the delays associated with that may be an issue.
