Hi,

I received the extension of my work permit from within Canada back in September 2011. There was remark mentioning that medical exams should be returned in 90 days. I did the medical exams in October 2011.

I haven't heard anything since then. Should I expect any contact from CIC? Should I expect a new WP to be issued without the remarks?

Unless additional tests are needed or the exams pointed to an issue with medical admissibility, further contact would not be expected. A new work permit without the remark would not ordinarily be issued either.
