Hi Junaid:

There are a few agencies that can help you, and I do that as well, but we would have to discuss your job history, what you are looking for, and quite a few other things as well. You have to be careful when choosing an agency to act on your behalf in Canada. Please email me and we can discuss.

Hello Mr. Adrew,
Thank you very much for your efforts & for that cool forum.

My name is Ahmed, m, Egyptian, Good English, French Basics, communication & electronics engineer, IT specialist (unix & cyber security), at the moment I don't have experience ...

I need your judge on my idea to get a work in Canada which is:
1- Coming to Canada as a visitor (TRV)
2- looking for any temporary job from inside Canada (like: room service, delivery, even plumber, etc. ) + volunteer work as IT Engineer

3- get the work permit from inside Canada
& the 3rd point is the most important because I'm not sure if I must to leave Canada again to make an interview then landing back in Canad or it'll be easier from inside Canada while I've a job offer.

Thx in advance

Regards,
Ahmed

hi Ahmed:

Most of these questions are immigration issues, and I only advise on job search strategies. As for job search, an updated Canadian CV is important before you start your search. Email me at this forum and I can advise more.

Hello Mr. Andrew.
I am Helen and new to this site. I am a Registered General Nurse in Ireland and have applied in Canada. I have recieved my eligibility from the College of Nurses of Ontario to take the CRNE. However, I cannot find an employer that would sponsor me (as all those who replied has advised me to take the CRNE first because Ontario is not hiring foreign workers?) and therefore couldnt get an interim permit. Would you be able to help me with this? Thank you very much and more blessings to you and canadaworkpermit.com.
Sincerely,
Helen

hi Helen:

I do have some experience in this area, so please email me direct at this forum and I may be able to help with your specific case.

Nurses are needed in Canada, but the process can be cumbersome. There are many hoops to jump through, foremost of all explaining the process to the employers.

Hi,
I am a US citizen seeking a job in Toronto, but I am not so sure where to look and if there are many companies that sponsor US citizens. I just graduated University with a Bachelor of Science in Political Science. Any information on how to obtain a job would be helpful! Thank you!

hi Stephanie:

There are a number of approaches you can take. Please refer to the CV section of this site to guide you on the first things you should do, and Steps to finding work section as well.. There are a small number of agencies that can help you, but be very careful with that approach. It is not easy to find work, and it requires diligence and patience. Look at the job boards for positions suitable for you. There is not much you can do other than that unless you hire an agent. Email me here and I can advise more if you like.

Hi, I'm Budi from Indonesia. I have a plan to take some training on forklift or another material handler in Canada to get certification. Maybe it will take 3 or 4 days. And after that, can I find a job and have work permit whit that certification?

hi Budi:

There is no real shortage of Fork lift drivers in Canada, so it may be very difficult to find work or to get cleared for a work permit. It won't hurt to have your certificate, but I think it will be hard to find work.

Hi Mr. Andrew,
I am Lalee, Filipino and live here in US. I am a Piping Designer with an experience in Petrochemical, Oil and Gas Industry. I have applied many times in Canada but unfortunately they are all looking for an employee with no sponsorship. Would you be able to help me with this? Thank you very much and more blessings to you and canadaworkpermit.com.

hi Lalee:

It would best for you to email me direct here at the forum. Many Employers in Canada, meaning almost all of them, think they have to sponsor someone in order for them to work here. They are misinformed and they do not understand the Temporary Work Visa process. Please email me here at the forum and I will try and help you out.

Hi Andrew,

This is Faisal from Pakistan,
This is a great forum and I thought of seeking some benefit out of it.
I am an ACCA Affiliate with one years experience in an Audit Firm. I have also heard that finance professionals are almost always in demand. Please guide me whether there is any opportunity that I might be able to find any work in Canada preferably in Toronto.

Thanks and regards,
Faisal!
