I'm going taking a 2 year leave of absense from work summer 2012. I want to go to Canada and experince the country and work their for awhile. Thing is I don't know what visa to apply for nor do I no how to apply. I've tried searching the internet to no avail.
Little background:
I am 22 yrs old. I am currently in full time employment. 5 yrs + experince in the Food/Resturant/Retail business . I was a supervisor for 3 of those years. I am FETAC Level 4 certified in Manual handling and abrasive wheel training, Also I have a a Construction Safe pass ( I thought I wanted to go into the construction industry so I took these courses never hurts to have them) , I am also FETAC level 5 certified in H.A.C.C.A.P ( Food hygeine and saftey) My current employer sent me on that course.

I have a bank account of 3000 plus so I can afford this move. I have a track record of good saving and my bank love me:). I have a fantastic credit score. Great references. etc...
All my friends have left Ireland ( thats where I was born and live) they are spread out all over the world and I would like to experince life and see how others live and i choose canada for that venture..

What visa do I need to apply for and how do I do? If I apply for a work permit I dont know how to get employment ?

Any suggestions?
