Hi All, I applied for WORK PERMIT application and got a letter from CIC to submit my medical report , and its written in that letter to return the PASSPORT after medical to CIC embassy within 30 days from now. Medical Adds 3 months more in total processing time

Now, my present company is sending me to DUBAI for a 2 month JOB assignment, so if i submit the PASSPORT now to CIC , I will be fired from current JOB since i will not be able to TRAVEL to Dubai without a passport which i don't want until and unless i am 101% sure about work permit application decision

likewise i also don't want to loose CIC requirement.


The only solution i have found is ; to submit the passport after reaching DUBAI from there , is this possible ?? Since rite now all communication is being carried out from my home country ? will i need to submit CHANGE OF ADDRESS notification to CIC , if its like that, then how can i make this change of address thing? please guide me

Also, is this MEDICAL tells that no INTERVIEW IS REQUIRED and CIC will not call me for any more documents etc etc ? just medical and done ?
