Hi,

I am having wk-1 visa and here on a business visit. I just need to know if WK-1 visa is a "temporary work permit" or is it purely a "Visitor visa". I need to know this because I was checking out the self assessment tool for calculating points for immigration ,as I am considering immigration was was stuck at the below criteria "Factor 5" on this page?

would i be getting any points as i am currently on a wk-1 visa??

A WK-1 is a business visitor visa. It is not a work permit.
