Hope you are doing good.My name is Deepak and I am citizen of India.I have a total IT experience of 6 years.2 months back I was in a process to apply for a study permit to complete my masters in Canada.During that time I got a job offer from a Canadian employer. The Canadian employer took some time to apply for the LMO but they did apply for it eventually.The time period during which the LMO was in approval process, I got my student VISA approved.And now,after some days,even the LMO is approved.

Now I am in Canada on my student permit.Since now as I have my LMO approved, Can I apply for a work permit from canada and get a transfer from student permit to a work permit.My employer is very eager to have me on board because there a lack of skills I posses in Labor market of Canada.

Can you please suggest me some things that could make my case stronger or any extra documents I can submit to make my case stronger.Should I submit a paper application rather then online application as on an online application we can submit only specific documents.

Any suggestions from you will be very helpful.

You may apply inland for a change-of-terms or may apply to a visa office outside of Canada for a new work permit. If applying inland, there may be some advantage to using the online process, as quoted delays for such are shorter on average.
