I am on H4 visa here in the US and my husband is on H1B. My husband's H1B extension was approved but my H4 was denied and I will be out of status on June 1, 2008. Will my overstaying here in the US have ill effects on my future hopes of immigration to Canada? Any input will be much appreciated. Thanks.
