Does anyone know how long it takes to receive your PR card after you have completed your medical exam?

I am applying through London if this makes any difference.

Simon, you should anticipate a delay of approximately 60 days until the request for your passport, assuming that all other requirements have been fulfilled.

When they request your passport, how long until they return it with the visa included?

Usually, 2-4 weeks, if it is submitted by mail/courier, or the same day if submitted in person.
