TIME GAP BETWEEN PGWP AND LMO

Postby cute on Thu Sep 27, 2007 9:40 am

hi.

I currently hold a PGWP which i recieved last month and is valid till july 2008,but i have now got an offer from my employer for LMO for a different job description which starts this november.

My query is that i have not much of a gap between my PGWP and the LMO,usually people go for LMO when their PGWP expires, but mine is coming too early, will that have any effect on me getting a positive LMO,is there a possibility that they may deny LMO just because my PGWP is not too old or i have not gained much experience(6months)???.or you think that they would look more into the need for filling up labour than the experience of the employee...though watever experience i have is ok with my employer.

Thanks.
