Taxes and Part Time Works

Postby manvicencio on Fri Oct 12, 2007 3:08 am

I have an offer to work in Edmonton for 18dollars an hour at a maximum of 40 hours a week. Considering that the company will give basic and standard incentives like insurance and perhaps - free accomodation. I am wondering in 2 weeks time how much is the total figure I am goin to collect less all the necessary taxes?

Under work permit am I allowed and get a chance to find part time work. Is it legal to have another employer aside from the company that is sponsoring me?

Questions about taxation should be referred to a specialist in that field.

A work permit, other than an open work permit, is specific to one employer. It does not grant any permission to work for additional employers without possessing an additional work permit.
