I got my work permit after getting my LMO on September 14, 2006. Its valid until September 14 2007. I got 10 points extra for this LMO and now able to apply fro immigration to canada. i am still confused should i apply in buffalo or from my home country i am currently residing and working in canada.time line in my home country is 1 year which is pakistan with arranged employment that what CIC says on their website. and i dont know about buffalo time line. what you guys suggest
