Hello,

My spouse is in India and is processing Canada Work Visa for 6 months. I am in US on L1 Visa and need to apply for Dependent Visa so I can go to Canada to be with her.
Requirement:
(i) I need to continue Work from US for another 2 months and want to visit her on weekends . (Multiple US-Canada-US trips)
(ii) Once I go back to India after 2 months, I am planning to take leave from Work and go to Canada for leisure for about a month to be with her.

Please advise if a Multiple entry tourist visa will do for the above purpose OR I need to apply for any other specific category. Also Can I apply at nearest Canadian Emabssy while my stay in US, what could be the possible list of documents required for this purpose. Please help me out with this situation. Thanks in advance for all your help.

A multiple-entry visa would permit an individual to travel in and out of Canada on multiple occasions during its validity and to remain without permission to study or work.
