Hi,

I am a Post Graduate student and have a Valid Post Graduate WP till August 13th 2011. I at the moment work at an Company as a Software Developer. I had applied for my WP on May7th 2011 and before applying i was not sure if i needed LMO so i called the immigration office (Call Center) and asked if i required this. The person said i do not required this as i dont come under the job requirement list. Now on 19th i receive a letter saying i have been rejected for the WP extension as i dont have LMO.

Now what i want to know is if my Office apply for LMO I will take a month or so by then my WP will get expired.

1> What i want to know is Can i Work after my WP expires as it states i have 90days till i can reapply for Restoration status and WP.

2> If i get LMO before my WP expires and i apply for Restoration status and WP before Expiry DO i get Implied status.

3> Do you have any info as to how can i ask for the recording of the call center CALL between me and the agent.

Please i need help and info as i just have around 19 days in hand for my WP expires
