Hey

Me and 2 of my friends are from New Zealand and we are all 19 years of age and have been living in Toronto Canada for 7 Months and we are here on a 12 month work holiday permit. We are musicians and have been playing in bands for around 5 years. 4 of these years in New Zealand and the last 7 months in Canada.

At the end of our permits we hope to extend them into a 12 month study permit for a Performing Art Certificate in Toronto and are wanting to stay another 12 months after we complete the course as post garduate students working in our realted field as musicians. Does working as a musician after a perfomring arts certificate stand up as a post graduate placement?

If anyone can give me any information on how we would go abpout getting PR
after these 3 years and if it is possible or likely to happen?
