Hi there,My name is harry and i am from india.I am holding WX-1 category visa for six months.Now the thing is i want to put work permit application and i am also having canadian employer but i want to know that is that compulsory to put the application from outside the canada and if yes if i wanto give my interview in buffalo ,is that easy to get U.S visa for interview purpose .Or if i can make an interview on port of entry in canada.Please Help me in this... A Canadian temporary resident on a WX-1 visa would be required to submit a work permit application to a visa office outside of the country. The visa office in Buffalo is one option in such a case. An Indian citizen (other than a permanent resident of the USA) is not eligible to process such a case at a port of entry.
