hi. my application for working permit as an engineer was refused on the grounds that according to the visa officer, "based on the information you have provided, I am not satisfied that you meet the requirements of the job validation issued by the Human Resources Skilled Development Center Canada".

i am a bit puzzled why my application got rejected even with the HRSDC approval, offer letter of my would-be employer and the complete requirements and positive letter of recommendations from previous employers i have included. :( is it possible for me to appeal? also i am currently in Japan and i was wondering if i can reapply to my country (Philippines) asap because my canadian employer is expecting me to come to canada this end of march. please advise. :(
