Hi David,

I'm an BC Provincial Nominee and had applied for PR at CHC, New Delhi. Currently I'm working in Canada on a work permit. I checked the status of my PR application on CIC's website and it shows that my application is "In Process" and that they have started processing my application since May 2007.

Can you tell me what will be the next steps until my application is approved? Also I had undergone medical examination for my application for work permit at the same consulate last year and it is valid until October 2007. Will they ask for another medical examination as a part of my PR application?
