I am Indian citizen and currently working in USA from past 3yrs+
my company wants to apply for my WP for a year so that I can work at their Toronto office.

Now my questions are -
I have also applied PR (FSW1 cat) at Buffalo office (applied last year June)
Will there be a issue in getting visa for myself or my dependents (spouse and kid(7yrs old) or any issues at port of entry ?

I have heard that in few cases the dependents either did not get visa or they were denied entry at POE

I can show proof of $15000 USD and property in my name and in my spouse name. but what to show for kids ( I heard from some forum that visa/entry was denied to 18months and 4 yrs old child??)

Appreciate if you can advice.

Canada recognizes the concept of Dual Intent: You can apply for permanent resident status and temporary status concurrently. So long as an immigration official is satisfied that it is your intention to depart Canada if your temporary status expires and no other status permits you to remain, this should not be critical to an application for a work permit.
