PR Application Process time to get File number

I have submitted my application for PR Immigration under Skilled Employee category on 2nd October 2008 with Buffalo office from US.

I haven’t received any file number or any status on my application.

Please lete me know, is there any ways to know the status on application process and are there any chances to reject the application form.

Hi Vijay -

My application (also Skilled Worker and Buffalo) was send in by my immigration lawyer beginning of January and I just received my file no last week.

Did you pay the $550 fee?
