Postby spoonman on Thu Dec 18, 2008 3:49 pm

Hi

Im work permith older and I want to apply for\ permanent residence so I need to know Wich one of the above 3 options is the FASTEST way in order to
get my Permanent residence, Cause I fit in the 3 of them.

However the only question I have under the Canadian experience category (CEC)
as foreign worker, I been in Canada workforce for 2 years but I was unemployed 4 months. am I still ok for this Category ?

Thanks in advance

There is not enough historical data to determine if the CEC program will be faster than a PNP or AEO application. If you are qualified in this program (not enough information available to determine that), and are able to extend your work permit, the fact that no part of the application requires travel out of Canada is appealing.

On average, a PNP application would be expected to take less time than an AEO case, as it would have a somewhat higher chance of an interview waiver associated.
