Hi, I applied for Permanent Residence (in Canada). (My wife is a Canadian citizen and sponsored.) I've received my initial approval, and applied for an open work permit.

Does anyone have an idea or can give feedback about how long this might take to go through? Are some processing offices faster than others?

The processing delays will depend on which case processing centre was used. Typical delays can range from 4-6 weeks.
