If I stay at the same employer but change roles and titles, do I need a new work permit? The new role would still fall under the same NOC code. My work permit only specifies an employer, a location, and a general occupation class that corresponds to the NOC code. It does not list my exact title.

A change of occupation with the same employer would generally necessitate a new work permit, and a new LMO approval if applicable. The fact that the new occupation falls within the same NOC class does not necessarily preclude this.
