So I've been applying for Permanent Residence under the Humanitarian and Compassion Act as I have a wife who is a Canadian Citizen as well as a 14 month daughter who was also born in Canada. I myself am from California.

I recently recieved a letter that when I called they informed me that I had been approved on principal and that I can now apply for an open work permit and then go through HRDC in order to get a SIN number. However I cannot find the application I would need to fill out in order to apply through this avenue. I found an application on the CIC website for applying from outside of Canada, but not one for applying from within.

Any help with this problem would be greatly appreciated.
