I m currently living in Pakistan i have applied Canada work permit through
consultant in Pakistan.My consultant gave me copy of job offer letter and LMO from my employer suppose to be now my consultant said to me before i apply my case in visa office in my country employer in Canada submit original LMO in CIC to get some paper from there then he get paper from CIC he will send my consultant in Pakistan the he said then i will apply job offer later,LMO,with paper he will get from CIC Canada,application,police clearance certificate in my country visa office then after visa office needs medical report then they will issue work visa then i can get work permit paper in port. Is that right way to apply if not then u would like to help me to let me know right way to apply from Pakistan after got copy of job offer letter and LMO.

Your question is very difficult to understand. As far as the normal process is concerned, this is described both on the Canada work permit home page, and the work in Canada FAQ. As a general rule, in a case of direct employment by a Canadian employer, this entails the following steps:

1. Commitment of employer to hire you;

2. Application for Labour Market Opinion (LMO);

3. Approval of LMO.

4. Issuance of formal written offer of employment.

5. Application for Canadian work permit to responsible visa office (or - in limited cases - at port of entry).

The above is a very simplistic description of the process, but it appears to conflict with the process being described to you.

I just want to ask if i m going apply new work from Pakistan i just need from employer is that.

1.job offer letter.
2.positive LMO.
after get those letter i will apply in visa office in my country.

visa office in my country are responsible to give me work permit and work visa.
I have just one confuse is who will issue work permit and who will issue work visa in case of applying new work permit.

The visa office will issue the written approval and an entry when applicable, and the official at the port of entry will issue the actual work permit.
