Im 19 and came to Canada last year from Oct.-April of 2006. During that time, I spent the whole 6 months trying to apply for both a work permit and a permanent visa. I have not had any success with either. I am back in Canada, once again trying to work on my papers and still no luck with anything. I've even been to Ottawa, trying to find someone to at least help me start off with getting my permits. How should at least go by starting my work permit and permanent resident status?
