There is no prescribed approach which is guaranteed to yield success. If you are abroad, the best means of contacting prospective employers is to use online resources such as Working.com, or other online Canadian job search services. You would need to pursue the normal recruiting process in response to positions being sought by companies advertising in these locations.

As a general rule, Canadian employers will seek to recruit from overseas when they cannot fill their requirements locally. As such, it will always be best to pursue positions for which there are shortages in Canada.
