Hi,

I am from India. I was workin in india for a company for abt 3years and came to canada for a onsite project in Nov 2006 with a wx1 Single entry visa. Then went back to india in April and renewed my visa which is valid till April 2008 and went back to canada.

Due to some problems in the company which was on loss, i am been sent back to india in sep 07 again to work here in the same compay.

The problem is that i want to go back since i met someone with whom i want to get married.

Below are my questions.
1) Can I re-enter Canada with WX1 Visa though if i quite my current job? OR Do i need to be in my current job while entering canada - it is a valid multiple entry visa.
2) Once i enter Canada what should i do to get settled.
(A) I need a Job which dont think it is possible with my existing work visa.
(B) I cant apply for common Law partner since it was less than a year that we lived together.
(C) OR DO i simply Re-enter canada and get married to her(She is a canadian).
(D) If i get married to her, Will i get my PR, SIN Number and what all?
(E) How Long will it take to process the marriage application.

3) I cant apply for immigration from india since it will take a min of 3-4 years which is too long.

Please help me on what can i do in this situation.
