Okay so I'm new to this whole, immigration thing. I am a US citizen and I've fallen madly in love with a Canadian and we would like to get married. What process do i need to go through to move there with him? Here are the complications:

1. He is in the process of a divorce
2. We've known each other for 6 years on the internet, but only recently met for the first time
3. He has kind of a shady criminal record. :roll:

I know you're thinking, "this girl must be nuts", but I assure you, I'm quite sane (I think). Anyway, I want to marry him, what do I do?
