Hi I have been working in Ontario as a long distance truck driver for 6 mths on a 12 mth visa, I have met a girl who I have been living with and want to marry,
I am back in Australia at this moment selling my house, My visa has 6mths left on it till 23 june,
Can I get back into Canada on this visa?
What do I need to do to stay with my girl?
Please Im desperate for info any help would be great,
Also Im flying into Buffalo and crossing at the road bridge, will the usa govt give me a WB green visa card when I arrive back as I still have my visa stappled in my passport, can I say I was just home for xmas, 6 weeks away from Canada,

Assuming that you are a citizen of Australia, you are eligible to appear at a Canadian port of entry without a passport visa. Your current work permit should therefore be sufficient to allow you to re-enter.
