We have seen delays of as long as 11-12 weeks in recent cases in Ontario. However, numerous details of the case can affect the total duration.

Currently i am based in India & working for John Deere. My prospective canadian employer is in process of filing LMO for me in Canada. Could you please let me know if originating country for myself being India would effect LMO processing time or 11/12 weeks of processing time still holds good for my case?
