LMO job advertisement

Postby foruaks on Tue Jan 03, 2012 4:01 pm

Hello,

I have been reading about LMO getting rejected due to various reasons. I have a question, that if the job advertisement required for LMO process does not mention the salary scale, are there any chances of LMO getting rejected?

My company has applied for LMO with the help of an immigration lawyer with a very descriptive job advertisement. However, I doubt that the salary was not mentioned in the advertisement. Company has provided all other relevant documents.

I would appreciate, if you can reply on the same.

As a general rule, statement of the wage of the position offered is a requirement for advertising in LMO cases. However, it is not possible to say if the absence of such will necessarily result in refusal of an application, as there are other considerations in the decision making process.
