Is a cousin also considered as relative?

On CIC web, there's no mention about cousin. I'd like to know if they consider an applicant with a cousin who is a Canadian PR to gain 5 points under 'relatives in Canada'? it's very important for me.

Thank you.

No, such a relative would not earn any points.
