Important Question

Hi David,
First ,let me thank you for all your efforts to help us (we , who would like to come to Canada)
My Case is as following and I need you advice
a friend of us who is canadian lawyer advice us to get a visit visa to Canada and go to Quebec (because it is cheap as he said) and rent a house (with no more than 500 DN monthly)
and then establish a special company from inside the house and then change our visa status...to permanent visa
is that true?
is there any risk in this procedure ?as we have a 1.5 years old baby and don't want to be in illegal status

appreciate your early reply

If you have a genuine business that you wish to establish in Canada, then you should pursue a work permit now, before you move your family. If not, then your plan is fundamentally flawed.

The most viable procedure to seek a work permit in such a case would be via HRSDC Confirmation. The amount of investment and direct employment created by the business will, in part, determine the viability of such an application.
