Currently am pursuing A1 (German )from Goethe Institute ,Bangalore.

You do sound qualified for work here in Canada, but it will not be easy because there are many qualified HR candidates in Canada already. It's not impossible to find work on your field, and the best strategy will be the look in the rural areas. It's harder for companies to find people to work on the north for example.

Your qualifications are good, but would need to be recognized wherever you go.
