I got married last August in Montreal and sent out my application for Permenant Residency + Open Work Permit in the middle of October (inside Canada).
How long it usually takes to get everything done?
I recently got job referral, wonder when will I got the Open Work Permit?

You must generally wait until approval in principle of an inland spousal sponsorship is granted prior to be eligible to obtain an open work permit. Time frames vary, but 8 months is a fair estimate.
