How else can I put it?

I got a contract work from a notable recruiting agency and this crap does not understand a thing about work permit. They question IBM under my employer in my work permit. Of course, I am not a permanent employee but a contractor with IBM, however, CIC cannot put the agency's name under my work permit. What CIC should do instead? Putting my name under employer for my own work permit? I am not a company and don't have a company , and I am not sole proprietor (nor I have such status as a Canadian to do establish my own company) This crap now challenges the legitimate work permit from Federal Government.. unbelievable..

Oh BTW, I am already working as a contractor. The problem with my agency started when I was asking reference letter from them for my PR. I have already shown them my PGWP before I started to work. And now they say the letter can't mention IBM because it's against their national policy. I already got the permission from IBM if it's okay to mention IBM in the letter.

This stupid agency trying to challenge everything even including their own clients and Federal Gov't as mentioned above. What a guts!
