I'm currently thinking of going to another country, and staying there so I can file my Canadian immigration application there.
Questions:
1. Does this mean I can file my federal skiller worker application there, despite not being a citizen of that country, to benefit from shorter processing time there?
2. How long do I need to stay in that country before I can apply for the fed skilled worker application?
3. Is there anything I need to be specifically be doing in that country to qualify as permanent resident there, and file my immigration application?
Hoping for advice from the Canadian immigration gods here... Thank you!
