g'day mate

Off the top of my head I think of 2 ways, although im not an expert.

First shack up with her somewhere for the rest of your time in Canada, and get some proof that you have been living together i.e your name on a house hold bill. You still have 8 months left on your visa which might be enough time to prove to immigration you are in common law partnership therefore you can get a visa or she can sponsor you for one.

Second marry her. Then you can live there forever. But you say you're still married in Oz? So im not sure about that one...

By the way where you from in Oz mate?

Cheers,
Charlie
