Findig a job inside Canada??

Postby dany69 on Thu Aug 11, 2011 5:36 am

Hello sir
I'm planning to come to Canada this fall (maybe october) for couple months just for visit! I was there 2 times and I spent my time to going at the school for english at ESL for almost 1 year! Now I want to come back there with all my certificate from university "Bachelor degree in Natural Science 3 years" (plus training post-gradution/work experience), letter of reference, all translate into english. I understand that my NOC code is 2121 A or 2211 B. It's 1 year I sent 400 résumé and cover letter and nothing :(!! But someone answered and they said it's hard for them to give me a contract if you are in another country! So I know i can apply directly to the border if i find a job with positive LMO, because I'm from country exempt visa.

So What do you think?? I have some chance to get some contract if I'm there?

Please some advice!

You sound like you are qualified to work in Canada, meaning your skill set should be in demand. Read through the forum, especially the CV section and this will help.

You must understand that employers in Canada are not aware of the rules for Temporary workers, so that is the biggest obstacle you face. There are a few agents you can hire to help you find work, maybe redo your CV to Canadian standards.

Please email me direct and I can discuss more with you.
