I was told by a friend of mine that there is a special fast-track program for Permanent Residence applicants which are already working in Canada as skilled workers and which have an offer for permanent contract from their employer.
Unfortunately he wasn't able to recall where he found this information...

Do you know whether such program exists? The only thing I've found so far is that a "Skilled Worker Immigration Fast Track (SWIFT)" program is mentioned here: http://www.tbs-sct.gc.ca/rma/dpr/03-04/CI-CI/CI-CId3401_e.asp, but there are no details about it.

I would appreciate if you could point me to official Web site or another resource where I could find more information about this program, if it exists at all.
