Hi i am in canada on an open work permit (got it since i am the spouse of a highly skilled worker)
.I have to apply for restoration of status and get my open work permit extended.I would like to know which forms to fill and at which address to send the forms.I went through the cic website but found it very confusing.please guide me.desperately seeking a reply.

Restoration applications are conducted via the IMM1249 form.
