hi my husband's company applied for the extension of his work permit and the extension of my open work permit.But in the representative's form(imm5476e) only he has put the signature though the form states that if the spouse is included the spouse must also sign the representative form.HE has included me(spouse) in his application to extend his work permit.I am worried that this might adversely effect our extension.His lawyer said that the the signature of the principal applicant(my husband ) is enough in the representative form.I want to know if this works and if not what should be done now.The form was submitted last month.
Also my open work permit expires in mid feb 2011 and his work permit expires in april 2011.
