i have couple of questions

1} i got my post secondary diploma in april 2005 then i applied for work permit which i got for 1 year till may 2006 can i extend for one more year if yes which form do i have to fill?

2) when i got my first work permit which is still valid my wife applieed for canada temporary resident visa from back whcih was refused twice. what other way she can apply i saw some people spouse applied for open work permit can i do that?

3) my employer want to get my work permit application through HRDC i have heard there is requirement of wages it should be more than $58,000 is that true.
